  • Shipping regions

We currently offer shipping to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Mexico, EU and worldwide.

Additional note:

  1. Prices vary depending on the country you are in. For remote areas, shipping costs can be as high as USD 14.98.
  2. Due to carrier policies, we unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery dates for express shipping orders.

Processing procedure

All orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped via a fully tracked courier service. 

Once your order has been shipped, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is 15 days.

  • For pre-ordered or out-of-stock items

We will ship a pre-ordered or backordered item as quickly as possible when supply is replenished.

  • Shipment tracking

When an order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipment tracking information. The shipping information will be updated and sent to you once the package arrives at your local airport (due to system reasons, the shipping information is not immediately updated to you during this time).   • Change of delivery address

Customers are advised to ensure that the delivery address entered is correct. In case, there is always a small window to correct an incorrect delivery address. If you wish to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately at address belleprestige2024@gmail.com .  

  • Shipping Notice

Due to the unique nature of the express delivery industry, delays are often unavoidable, the delivery time (indicated above) is for guidance only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. 
Normally, the seller should not be responsible for address errors or packages that may be lost or stolen after delivery. If you believe the package was misdelivered, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.

  • About duties and taxes

You will be responsible for paying import taxes and duties in accordance with local laws and restrictions. These will not be reflected in the final price at checkout.

If a package is returned or destroyed because you refuse to pay the duties, the resulting charges will be deducted from your order.
